Blizzard March 26th....will winter never end....?!?!?!!?

Today I had to go to work first thing in the morning, ....Snow Day, Kids have no school so Seeds was open all day.   The morning started off quiet enough, and shots from the other day with the Crow show sunshine and warmth.  The Cardinal is the beginning of the day, and as I said it was calm out, but as the day progressed it got nasty, I was home just after Lunch, and Seeds sent Kids home early do to the crazy conditions outside.   I took seed out to the feeders around 1pm and the snow was blowing, and about knee deep, with alittle drifting.   When I went back out at 6pm to put out some more seed, tough day for the birds, the snow drifts were up to my waist, that was crazy, and it's supposed to blow all night.  But it could be worse, apparently up in Cape Breton the winds were blowing 170 Km/hr, here it only got wind gusts of 70km/hr.
   So we are posting the toughness of the birds for this we hope is the last snow storm for this winter.
